Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days depending on your location.
  • Delivery timelines may vary during high-demand periods, sales, or due to courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping offers may be available on selected orders or promotions.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected pin codes.
  • T’s For Teen reserves the right to disable COD for certain orders or locations.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

  • Delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
  • If an order is undelivered due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Damaged Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please record an unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
