Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered by us.
  • To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and product images.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Size issues due to wrong selection by customer
  • Change of mind
  • Used or washed products
  • Products without original tags or packaging
  • Sale or discounted items

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.

Refund Policy

  • Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.

Cash on Delivery Orders

  • COD charges, shipping fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
