Returns
- Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or wrong products delivered by us.
- To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear unboxing video and product images.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Size issues due to wrong selection by customer
- Change of mind
- Used or washed products
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items
Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are only available for damaged or incorrect products.
- Exchange requests are subject to stock availability.
Refund Policy
- Once the returned product is inspected and approved, refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank account provided by the customer.
Cash on Delivery Orders
- COD charges, shipping fees, and convenience charges are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
